What brought me down so that THE WELL RESPECTED LAWYER could finish me off

The attorney for my mother (deceased) is THE WELL RESPECTED LAWYER ________ ___ ______, partner in THE WELL RESPECTED LAW FIRM of _____ ______ & ______. Blanks to be filled in later.

I had made my living in a pro social manner...worked hard, saved, invested.
I had positioned my self for a great retirement.
Until psych patient Kimberly Colangelo walked into my business.
What happened next has been detailed sporadically in this blog.
This video is just one step in the miles of hellish travel I have walked alone.
This post shows one of the four criminals (uncharged but listen to his self confession under oath, in video) who knocked my great life course trajectory off course, pointed south.

Audio of the hearing under oath in which John Simon lies his butt off and then when my attorney cross examines him he spills the truth. FELONIES. His lawyer recuses herself after these revelations.
Had Simon been charged with the self confessed felonies of money laundering, perjury, obstruction of justice and more...I would not have ever known just how evil the lawyer for my mother was and is.

Sadly I must do legal and moral-ethical battle with THE WELL RESPECTED LAWYER ________ ___ ______, partner in THE WELL RESPECTED LAW FIRM of _____ ______ & ______.

It’s not bad enough our appointing Judge has his own wife with Wells Fargo working directly for the guardian handelin all moms investments but now our Guardian is attacking another husband and wife married over 60 year and using the same attorney my wife and I trusted to protect us against this same Gaurdian . They are all in bed together and care only about exploiting from the elderly. The Brevard county sheriff had done nothing and the FBI came to our house and still we have not had any follow-up I can only assume they don’t give a crap about the new law signed by our President on Oct 18,2017 / S-178. Florida law – Statute 744 means NOTHING. I know this first hand. I have many examples of violations of Florida Statute 744.
In one specific case – Judge Jose R. Rodriguez in Orange County, Florida appointed an non-relative / non-resident as co-guardian. This co-guardian was a “medical professional”. 8-9 months lady the lady was dead. It is my personal belief and the belief of many of her blood relatives, the application of the Florida law was abused/ignored/violated, this lady’s rights were violated in many ways – including denying her the right to go to her own church every Sunday. She had been a member of this church for over 45 years. How sick is that?? The court took away her voting rights for no good reason. These co-guardians denied her the right to go out to dinner with her friends and for a time blocked all communication from her family and friends – how sick is that? Florida Statute 744 pretends to ensure the “ward” is afforded every opportunity to have participate and communicate as much as possible. This is NOT what happens in the real world. The blood relatives and close friends were fighting to overturn what we all believed then and still today; this court and it actions resulted in the premature death of a lady that was not ready to die. It is a very sad day in America when this is the way we treat/abuse/kill our elderly people. It is my strong personal belief that there was money involved and possible criminal acts involved, but no attorneys want to go up against the state to seek the truth. 2018 SOTU – In Florida and America – the law does not matter and the truth does not matter. Money and power is all that matters. Americans must never be fooled into believing our government will protect them. In America – Guardianship is the state/county (aka government)promoting abuse and murder of American seniors – How sick is that? The “Greatest Generation” is being abused and killed by their own country! God will not continue to bless this America!"

OVER 70 YEARS AGO but the Pain and Horrors slowly claw their way into our consciousness.

"Cymes, both of whose Polish-born grandfathers perished at Auschwitz, said he had little idea how extensive Nazi medical experiments had been until he started his own investigation.
"I knew about doctors like Josef Mengele and Carl Clauberg and I thought they were two or three others like that, but then I discovered how vast the phenomenon was," he told AFP.
His eyes were opened when he began looking in detail at the Nuremberg trials of 23 doctors which began in 1946, and in particular a postwar account of the Nazis' activities by the French naval physician, Francois Bayle.
His now almost forgotten book was a "mine of information", Cymes said. "He noted down everything he heard, it's encyclopaedic, an enormous piece of work".
When he came to write his own book Cymes said he tried to use his medical knowledge to "describe what the victims would have felt so that people would realise the suffering of these (human) guinea pigs".

Nearly 70 percent of German doctors were members of the Nazi party, according to Cymes' documentary.
From 1933 onwards when Hitler came to power, medical ethics "were turned upside down", Cymes said. "The individual was nothing, the people was everything."
The small number of doctors tried for war crimes at Nuremberg either worked in concentration camps or used prisoners for medical experiments of "unspeakable cruelty", said Telford Taylor, the prosecutor at the trials.
Others took part in the "Aktion T4" programme to "eliminate people were considered to carry hereditary illnesses", said Sorbonne historian Johann Chapoutot, who reckons that between 70,000 and 200,000 died in the push between 1941 and 1945.
In the film, Cymes used testimony from experts such as Evelyne Shuster, of the University of Pennsylvania, and the surgeon and historian Yves Ternon from the University of Montpellier to show the scale of the cruelty and slaughter.
He concentrated on the atrocities committed by Karl Gebhardt, the personal physician of SS chief Heinrich Himmler, and his assistant Dr Herta Oberheuser.
But he also noted how the head of the "Aktion T4" programme, Viktor Brack, wanted to sterilise all Jews using X-rays, which he thought "be good value for money", writing to Himmler that it could be "carried out on several thousand subjects in a very short time".
While Sigmund Rascher, the SS doctor at the Dachau camp near Munich, tested how the body stood up to the cold and a lack of oxygen.
Cymes said that the documentary and the investigation into Hirt will not be the end of his inquiries.
"The subject is very personal for me and even though it is psychologically hard maybe I will continue digging for other films," he said."

My aunt, my mother's sister left behind in the Auschwitz infirmary when my mother had to take the very rare opportunity to escape Auschwitz. Auscgwitz and Naziz forever changed my mother's state of mind...and this allowed THE WELL RESPECTED LAWYER of the WELL RESPECTED LAW FIRM ________ ________ & ________ to exploit my mother and me (IMO) and to give most of my mother's assets, to a Cincinnati Foundation in which she seemed to have a personal interest....and much gold and diamond jewelry just disappeared. Not yet accounted for. Likely never to be accounted for....

I had it made. In almost every way possible. I was or I should have been content.

Kimberly Colangelo, Shadow, Dr Lori Simon PhD in school counseling and her husband John Simon wanted my assets. I had to FALL in order for that to happen. I fell. My mother experienced pain in my fall. She set up her will so I could recover.

My mother had me in Germany after the war.

My parents built a new life here.

I built a life but was Isolated and Fleeced by a psychiatric patient who when I was 50 told me she was going to abort my son (mine?) if I did not marry her. The rest of that story is on other posts in this blog.

During the war my mother learned not to trust men. After the war my father reinforced that fear of trusting men.

When my mother was in her 80s she was winding down and formed a circle of women who could help her manage the rest of her life.

Great thought, eh? I mean what could go wrong with that idea, that plan?

In my mind my mother was self appointing her own form of guardianship with a WELL RESPECTED LAWYER at the head of this group of power of attorneys.

Her "guardians" never really filled me in on what was happening...I TRUSTED THEM to do THE RIGHT THING.

The month my mother passed, June 2016, I was in a meeting with my mother's accountant in the OPULENT (IMO) office of THE WELL RESPECTED LAWYER, a partner in THE WELL RESPECTED LAW FIRM of ___ _ & ____.

My mother was failing gradually but in June 2016 she was not in good shape, dementia, Alzheimer and a 94 year old body that was well lived and ready to rest. Yet she and I had many decent conversations over time. I needed to be patient and allow my mother to feel emotionally safe to talk and we did talk. Obviously the memory problem took my mother into the past and then I went into the past with her. Other than she believed sometimes that she was living in the past, much that she said made sense.

My mother had not forgotten about my father, nor me, nor my brother who killed himself, another affect of the Holocaust on the second generation survivors.

My mother always recognized me albeit at times it took 2 or so minutes.

Those friends, those P.O.A.s my mother had put her trust in. She had stopped recognizing them by 2016 and before. She forgot she had a grandson. My son who was born out of abortion blackmail eventually cost me over a million dollars only to have his sick mother alienate him from me and my mother.

There is only me, as close next of kin. Then my son who given his mother's history may not be my son.

So how did i get squeezed out of what my mother wanted for me? And the WELL RESPECTED LAWYER and her associates or entities she liked, get most of my mother's estate...and where did all the gold and diamond jewelry my father bought my mother go to...where is it WELL RESPECTED LAWYER?

I am so close to losing my home and business because the WELL RESPECTED LAWYER who apparently decided I was not worth of being alive. Is she LGBT leaving a heterosexual man to be categorized as worthless. Money seems to have been diverted to whatever organization THE WELL RESPECTED LAWYER preferred and that one supports LGBT, so I pale in comparison. I am worthless it seems.
