Below are the closing arguments of the prosecutor Leslie Meyer Esq. AFTER THE MOTION IN LIMINE...again, I relive the trauma when writing and the organization of what I write may go askew but never the truth of it.
Read carefully please. Focus on argument using THE TRAP DOOR in this closing argument.
I am told by those who KNOW that when something is in THE CLOSING ARGUMENT, well...that is a HUGE THING. Hearsay, speculation, B.S. is NOT supposed to go in a CLOSING ARGUMENT and IF it does, the prosecutor might be held liable for damages. The jury found me not guilty so in theory I had no damages...but 17+ years later I am still spiraling downwards from what the four witnesses for the prosecution did to me aided and abetted by Leslie Meyer Esq and Rachel Hutzel Esq head prosecutor in Warren County....and Judge James Heath who rubber stamped that Motion in Limine to shut UP the truth.
Judge James Heath And Rachel Hutzel and Leslie Meyer KNEW I WAS INNOCENT....just as THE WELL RESPECTED LAWYER KNOWS what I say to the Magistrate is true...but The Well Respected Lawyer says the paper DOES NOT EXIST and the silencing of the accountant in front of me NEVER HAPPENED. The Motion accurately describes Kimberly Colangelo and her then boyfriend Shadow AKA Charles Perkins. SOCIOPATHS with SICK minds prone to VIOLENCE etc.
Nope, WELL RESPECTER LAWYER you are no better than this scum IMO.
WHAT DID GO INTO THIS CLOSING ARGUMENT????
Fabrication of Evidence, THE TRAP DOOR...that is SOLID PROOF over time, and that time being only AFTER my arrest and before the jury could view the scene of the crime. One could call this obstruction of JUSTICE, PERJURY ETC....or just plain EVIL! Prosecutors Meyer and Hutzel were corrupt. Judge James Heath was despicable, They used lies and fabricated evidence...and thus they are NO BETTER than THE WELL RESPECTED LAWYER...which intensifies my perspective on the sham labeled proudly a WELL RESPECTER LAWYER ...Labeled by a colleague of THE WELL RESPECTED LAWYER, I understand.... P.O.S.
Notice the two thin boards covering the space on the wall that is NOT painted?
Even Dr Watson could figure out that IF THERE WERE NO TRAP DOOR at the time of the arrest what would Kimberly Colangelo have had to stand on to paint that blank wall space? NOTHING....so it went unpainted. Just another clue that the trap door could not have been as the prosecutor said in her closing argument. It was not there period.
