" International Holocaust Remembrance Day, is an international memorial day on 27 January commemorating the tragedy of the Holocaust that occurred during the Second World War. It commemorates the genocide that resulted in the death of an estimated 6 million Jewish people, 200,000 Romani people, 250,000 mentally and physically disabled people, and 9,000 homosexual men by the Nazi regime and its collaborators. Yesterday on International Holocaust Remembrance Day I posted to this blog three times.
This day as described in Wikipedia above flies in the face of what THE WELL RESPECTED LAWYER wants the magistrate to believe; That what happened 70 years ago "does not matter now", despite the contents of many of my posts reflecting just how much it still matters 70++ years afterwards to the survivors, their children and the perpetrators....in their own words....and I will NEVER FORGET my mothers intense interest in keeping this from happening again. In my mothers last years she talked to me about Lodz, Auschwitz,,,,,the trains to Auschwitz....and watching the Allied bombers fly over Auschwitz TOTALLY IGNORING THE TRAIN TRACKS TO THE OVENS BELOW THEM. This consumed my mother's thoughts and she found ways of dealing with those intense emotions which will come up in trial against THE WELL RESPECTED LAWYER.
In case I did not previously, let me explain how the lawyer was crowned with THE WELL RESPECTED LAWYER crown title.
My lawyer went to talk to her in her very prestigious law firm building in which she is a partner....yes, sigh...a PARTNER. This case is very important to her. There is...well...there is ENOUGH money involved to make it important. And I believe somehow she made this personal...and then I made it more personal ....because the lies involved me and my mother and adversely affected my 18 year old son.
Given that, my lawyer was a new threat to THE WELL RESPECTED LAWYER who knew that previously for custody etc I had bad luck with lawyers. When my lawyer met THE WELL RESPECTED LAWYER the colleague of THE WELL RESPECTED LAWYER told my lawyer that he was up against "A VERY WELL RESPECTED LAWYER". Before I retained my lawyer I had heard THE WELL RESPECTED LAWYER LIE twice to the magistrate. My"intuition" that this lawyer was "bad" needing her colleague to try to scare my newly retained lawyer in such a stupid and inherently false manner was then proven accurate. IMO she is DIRTY to the bone, to her essence...But hey, I am not a lawyer so what do I know? My degrees are in psychology and criminal justice specializing in white collar crime. I just have my "opinions". And I find it so very IRONIC that her colleague labeled her a "WELL RESPECTED LAWYER".
After hearing #3 THE WELL RESPECTED LAWYER showed her essence by refusing to shake the offered hand of my attorney. My attorney had put her "down" when she tried to tell the magistrate that "GIVEN MY HISTORY"...read some posts when I relate the 4 people who framed me for my assets. They used Assault on the boyfriend of Kimberly Colangelo and "DV" on me.
Read the Motion in Limine to get a laugh out of that crap that the jury saw through and freed me.
Apparently the magistrate saw my essence of compliance and no history of violence and did not give THE WELL RESPECTED LAWYER whatever it was she was going for in that accusation. Thus no handshake. One need not be a forensic psychologist to understand this.
Let me find the video of Kimberly Colangelo and Shadow AKA Charles Perkins to show something important. Kimberly is a hair or so taller than me for reference. Look,... assuming I find video, for the difference in size between Kimberly Colangelo and Shadow. Shadow is almost half my age. It really took the PhD of Lori Simon to have the officer arrest me. He was not buying it but Dr Lori was telling him I was dangerous, a potential killer, and my parents had been in Auschwitz therefore I was really crazy. I was arrested. My inventory from two stores were stolen that one night I was in jail.
The four criminals involved had various stories of what happened after I was arrested.
Kimberly claimed a concussion saying she went to Urgent Care that day (not a document supports that claim) while Terri Smith said they broke into her building and spent the night hiding my assets of much value in her building. John Simon said he took Kimberly to his house and stayed awake all night to protect Kimberly from me.

My mother specified what was meant for me and you influenced her because given the MAJOR HOLOCAUST PTSD my mother bore, YOU could. Not enough I lost FAMILY, my mother and my brother and my son...you need to destroy me also.
All I want is a jury of my peers.
A jury of people who lost family in the Holocaust. Who will see the inherent EVIL IN THE WELL RESPECTED LAWYER.
