In one hearing, when the tape recorder of the court was OFF, Patricia Dillon Laub Esq. said the document in question of WHY was not the witness signature on it;;; all of a sudden??? Patricia Dillon Laub Esq quickly interjected to the magistrate "That paper NEVER EXISTED" and yet she finally produced the paper that never existed which waits in forensics for the last test needed which Laub is trying to deny....shut down....so my mother's signature cannot be tested for forgery....leaving me destitute.....diverting the money my mother desired to make me whole again from the malicious destruction of Kimberly Colangelo who could not stand her bubble bursting when blackmailing me into a marriage I did not want by means of an abortion threat did not suddenly make me LOVE HER...go figure, I can't. WTF did Kimberly Colangelo expect?
In that first hearing or perhaps the next Patricia Dillon Laub Esq quickly interjects (yeah, the red light must have been off on the tape recorder, again)..."it's for the women!!!"
What the corrupt, IMO and that of Jonathan R. Zell Esq, Patricia Dillon Laub Esq meant was that the foundation, the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, needed my money more than I because then it would go to THE WOMEN!!! That the large amount of money already going to them would be better if my equal share was added to that amount and leave me to face my greatest FEARS that had driven me to be pro social, exercise deferred gratification in order to be financially secure in my old age. Actually my mother set the ethics part and my father set the FEAR part.
So here I am at 69 and not sleeping, having no hot water, etc while hoping that the corrupt IMO Patricia Dillon Laub Esq did in fact FORGE my mother's signature...so she can be held accountable for the pain she has meted out to innocents...for example

Check the dates of the taking in the photographs within the link, not date of posting. I worked hard, I traveled hard, to buy inventory so I could make enough money to retire.
The last post is the first page of the photo blog. On this first page of my blog, as of today, the photo is of my real ex wife, the psychiatrist and I, in Thailand on a week long break from buying inventory in Bangkok. Which was our stop after India, which was after Nepal, all great places to buy handmade inventory.
My mother was proud of my success, she was also secretive and Laub had no idea just how proud was my mother.
Lab would not want that known.
To keep that unknown Laub's partner in trusts, accountant Janet Simpkinson, REFUSED to give me the name of the one therapist who helped my mother overcome much of her TRAUMA. The therapist worked with my mother and with me, as were were both traumatized in ways that we both needed help TOGETHER for effectiveness.
Simpkinson and Laub KNEW the name from the bank records but just like they both denied me the document my mother and the witness signed, they denied me the name ofr the therapist who helped my mother and me. Keep in Mind that since Kimberly Colangelo and Charles Perkins and John Simon and Lori Simon PhD had me arrested, shortly AFTER the smaller picture on present first page was taken (Ms Chan with sword) I slowly and continually melted down in my capacity to accomplish much and to understand that Laub was actually screwng me financially after Kimbelry Colangelo et all had begun the process that Laub was so eager to finish off that she denied me the document with the missing signature of the witness that now sits in forensics waiting for the court to allow forensics on my mother's signature (last forensic to explain why the witness signature is not there anymore).
