Magistrate denies forensic testing for forgery of my mother's signature.
When is THE storm....no idea now...but towards that end I have left a message with an attorney in Ohio.
Forgery is forgery.
The chain of custody was mentioned today.
Well respected Trust attorney Patricia D. Laub Esq shook her head... when I perked up and mentioned the chain of custody was solid between Laub and Simpkinson. It is unless they have more felonious tricks up their sleeves.
What would Jonathan R. Zell Esq say about that given this

That Laub is dirty? Certainly methinks.
Looks like my life, which was taken when my son's mother walked into my business, will continue to be on hold so I have plenty of time to delve into the felonies of trust attorneys.
