The Innocence Project: Freeing innocent people from a justice system that is broken.

The Innocence Project; Freeing innocent people from a justice system that is broken.

This organization is a good one.
The problem is that the program will always be needed and its efficacy is terrible.
I posit a better proposal for keeping good people from being harmed by others and the justice system
it is in a criminal justice paper that can be found in the latter part of this post: https://www.blogger.com/blogger.g?blogID=1861978442282498#editor/target=post;postID=5780596232878131560;onPublishedMenu=posts;onClosedMenu=posts;postNum=8;src=postname

Our matching campaign is ending soon!  I hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to have your gift to the Innocence Project matched dollar-for-dollar.

As you know, two longtime supporters of the Innocence Project are generously matching all donations to this campaign, up to $20,000! We're almost there but we still need your help.

If you haven't already, I urge you to donate today. Your gift will go TWICE as far to help free the innocent, prevent wrongful convictions, and reform the criminal justice system.

Thank you for your support,

Maddy deLone
Executive Director

P.S. Watch this interview we recently did with our client Randy Mills. Though Randy was released in 2011 after serving over a decade for a crime he did not commit, he had been legally barred from seeing his grandsons. We're thrilled to have played a part in reuniting him with his family.

The Innocence Project provides pro-bono post-conviction legal assistance to individuals who are seeking to prove their innocence with DNA testing and works to enact the reforms needed to protect innocent Americans from wrongful prosecution and incarceration. www.innocenceproject.org
